They are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancelling within 24 hours or failing to show will result in a fee of up to 100% of the service booked. Outstanding balances must be paid before rebooking. • Rescheduling: Must be done more than 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit. One reschedule is allowed per appointment; after that, a new deposit will be required. • Late Policy: There is a 20-minute grace period. After 20 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a late fee may apply. • Extension Services: A consultation is required for all new extension clients to color-match, choose method, and discuss care. • Special Events: Bridal, quinceañera, or group bookings may require a minimum number of people to reserve on-location services. Travel fees may apply. • Studio Etiquette: Please arrive alone unless the client receiving the service is a minor. No extra guest space is minimal. • Preparation: Arrive with clean, dry, detangled hair. For color/extension services, bring inspiration photos. For makeup add-ons, arrive with a fresh, clean face. ⸻ 💳 Payment & Reminders • Remaining balances are due at the time of service. • I accept cash, card, Apple Pay, Zelle, Afterpay, Klarna & Affirm. • Reminder texts/emails will be sent before your appointment. Please confirm to avoid cancellation. – Policies ✨ These policies are in place to protect both my time and yours. By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully before booking. ⸻ 🛑 Illness If you are sick, showing symptoms, or begin to feel unwell before your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be non-refundable. You are responsible for notifying me if you are sick. ⸻ 🛑 Time Restrictions • Clients arriving late may or may not be accepted depending on my schedule. (Please let me know as soon as you know you are running late.) • After 20 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a no-show. ⸻ 🛑 Cancellations • Please notify me 3-5 days in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. • If you scheduled the day before and decide to cancel the day of you will lose your deposit! • Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the booked service. • Cancellations with 12 hours or less notice will be charged 100% of the booked service. • Outstanding fees must be paid before rebooking. ⸻ 🛑 Retainers (Deposits) • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Deposits made for one person cannot be applied to another person or another booking. ⸻ 🛑 No Call / No Show • You will be charged 100% of the booked service. • Future appointments will require full payment upfront. • Rebooking will not be allowed until fees are paid. ⸻ 🛑 Rescheduling • Appointments may be rescheduled once if done more than 24 hours in advance. • Deposits will be credited to the new date. • A second reschedule requires a new deposit. ⸻ 🛑 During Your Service This applies to special event booking. • If multiple people are being serviced and anyone is 20+ minutes late, services may be cut short to stay on schedule. • Waiting fees may apply: $30 per 15 minutes or $50 per 30 minutes. ⸻ 🛑 Before & After Photos I love sharing my work! Photos/videos may be taken for portfolio, website, or advertising. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let me know. ⸻ 🛑 Payment • The person who booked the appointment is responsible for the full payment. ⸻ 🛑 Overtime & Additional Services • Extra services (additional headcount, touch-ups, staying later, etc.) will be charged as overtime. • Overtime is billed at $50 per additional person with prior notice/consent. ⸻ 🛑 Appointment Reminders • A reminder will be sent the day before your appointment. • If I do not receive confirmation by the end of that day, your appointment may be cancelled. ⸻ 🛑 Social Media & Reviews If you have any concerns, please allow me the opportunity to fix or adjust before posting reviews online. Once you leave my chair and approve your look, any changes you make to your hair color, style or makeup at home are no longer my responsibility. • Corrections after altering your hair color, style or makeup yourself will be charged at the full service rate. ⸻ ✅ Thank you for respecting these policies and supporting my small business. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% fee for any no-shows of the scheduled service appointment with no notice.
